All returned items must be complete with all parts, accessories and in the original packaging or we may refuse the refund or refund less than the full amount.

Within 5 working days, we endeavour to 1. Acknowledge your complaint, and 2. Tell you how long it will take to resolve.

All products come with a 7 day 'Cool off' period.

This starts the day after goods are delivered.

When a non-faulty product is returned, the customer's money will be repaid within 30 days.

Unless faulty, customer must arrange to have product returned or we can arrange collection at a charge of £6. If customer arranges a collection, they are responsible for any insurance if needed.

All products and boxed must be in an as new, unused condition, otherwise we may refund less than the full value paid or refuse to allow you to return them.

If your purchase is faulty then it must be returned within 7 days.

Returns must be received before we can despatch a replacement or authorise return of payment.




We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.


We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.


We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.


We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.


The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.


If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.


We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.


If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.

We do attempt to take care of all items but unless you arrange specifically with us, our liablility for lost or damaged films / cameras / photos is limited to sending a replacement camera / film.

We aim to supply cameras and products with a long expiry date. If having receive a n item and the expiry date is too short for your needs, we may at our discretion allow a refund or send replacements.

Delivery/dispatch times are estimates. Please read the shipping/delivery details for all the information.

Please note we may delay the order if we suspect it to be fraudulent. eg. stolen credit card.


Email addresses will not be given or sold to any other companies.


No sensitive personal information will be held without explicit consent of the consumer.

The consumer can withold any personal information which is not required for the sale.

We are not responsible for any confidential information given by email, we recommend this is given over the telephone.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with Early Warning Uk Ltd, to confirm your identity. Early Warning Uk Ltd will check any details we disclose to them against any data bases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. Early Warning Uk Ltd will also retain this information and may use it in the future to assist other companies with identity verification. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.

Unless noted otherwise expect delivery of your order within 12 days.


Faulty products and cancelled orders will be refunded. Other Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.


We are only obliged to supply the goods or services to you when the order has been accepted and confirmed. However we may cancel the order after this time and refund your money.


We try our best to keep all details correct. However if we mis-price a product, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your money.

All products are supplied subject to their availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

You must be resident in the UK, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man. (British Forces Post Office addresses also accepted). You must be 18 years or over to place an order.

Ownership of the goods transfers when full payment is received and delivery has been made.
